Suzuki Farm has established long-standing partnerships with leading Australian abattoirs, including NCMC (239), to maintain the highest quality standards. In addition to meeting MSA (Meat Standards Australia) criteria, each carcass undergoes MIJ (Meat Inspection Japan) scanning using specialized equipment, enabling us to accurately align with both Japanese and Australian grading systems.
Data collected from each carcass is utilized to continuously enhance our breeding and feeding strategies, ensuring consistent quality in our products.

Heifer or Steer
Australian Fullblood Wagyu is renowned for its exceptional flavor and safety, with Suzuki Farm’s premium offerings representing the pinnacle of this category. We guarantee that our beef is 100% natural, free from HGPs (hormonal growth promotants) and antibiotics. With a lower marbling fat melting point of approximately 24°C, our Wagyu strikes the perfect balance of tenderness, freshness, and a delicate buttery aroma.
Our products consistently achieve marbling scores of M9 to M12, making them best-sellers in high-end markets.
